PUBLIC ATTENDANCE at Council meetings online:

 For the foreseeable future, meetings of advisory bodies (Working Parties and Committees) will be held online using ZOOM.

 Agenda and supporting papers will be published on the website, and are accessible either through the ‘committees’ link or the ‘live’ calendar

Members of the public have the right, and are welcome, to attend* these meetings – questions regarding items on an agenda may be heard at the start of the meeting with the Chair’s consent.

Questions or requests to address the Council must submitted by email to the Town Clerk at least 3 days in advance of a meeting.

Meetings will be held online using Zoom Pro meetings.  To join a meeting follow the instructions at the head of the Agenda – this can be accessed from our ‘live’ calendar on the website.

 *Members of the public wishing to join a meeting must request a password by email at least 24 hours before the published start time.  Please submit your request to townclerk@lewes-tc.gov.uk
