It is with huge sadness that the Council learns of the death of the Former Mayor of Lewes, Stephen Catlin on Sunday 4th June 2023. Catlin, as he was known to his friends and colleagues, gave many years service to the town whilst a Councillor and his loss will be keenly felt amongst all that knew him.
