Jacob Fodio Todd is a Researcher working on modern energy cooking services and a Green Party Town Councillor.
Jacob was previously a Research Fellow at SPRU (University of Sussex) and founded and ran The Feature Kitchen in Lewes, a local takeaway service (2017-2022). Jacob is a trained chef and has worked previously on multiple food projects, including publishing The Groundnut Cookbook (/Food from Across Africa) in 2016. He has an BA in Politics with Economics from Goldsmiths, UoL, and an MSc Environment and International Development from the University of East Anglia.
He moved from East Africa to Lewes in 1998, attended Priory School and BHASVIC, before living, studying and working in Paris, London, Norwich and Nairobi. He returned to Lewes in 2016 with his young children and family and is a keen member of Lewes Vets FC.
